We always start with a complimentary discovery call to get a better idea of what your brand goals are and how we can help. This call typically lasts between 20-30 minutes and gives us a chance to explain what we do in more detail with some time for you to ask any additional questions you may have about our services.
If we determine that we’re a good fit, we’ll take the information we gathered during our call and create a custom proposal with package options for you to choose from.

Once you’ve selected your package, we will send over a contract, first invoice, and begin onboarding.
During onboarding, you’ll be sent next steps on how to transfer your digital and brand assets to us (your logo, brand guidelines, and imagery), account logins, setup and how to access your interactive content calendar, and an onboarding questionnaire so we can gather more information to begin creating your custom strategy and developing your content calendar.

Once we’ve developed your strategy and content calendar, we’ll schedule a kick-off call to go over all the details with you before we start implementing.
This gives you an opportunity to review the content, provide feedback, and request any changes. Once approved, we will begin implementing the strategy and content calendar. At the end of each month we gather and analyze your account analytics and review them with you on a 1:1 call.
